Frequently asked questions

  1. How can I find out whether a vacancy is still available? If the vacancy is still posted on the website, you can assume that it has not yet been filled and that we are therefore still looking for suitable candidates. We therefore look forward to receiving your application.
  2. Are there opportunities for further growth, development and promotion? Here at Hamilton Bright, we consider personal development very important. We therefore have a training programme for all employees and a clear internal mobility policy. Your training will start on your very first day! The first training session will take place, which will be followed by a series of further sessions with the aim of stimulating your development and to give you a thorough preparation for the next steps in your career.
  3. What do you consider to be full-time hours? Generally speaking, full-time means working 40 hours per week. Fewer hours may however be possible; this can be discussed.
  4. What is the best way to apply for a position? The best way to apply for a position is through our website. Submit your CV and a clear description of your reasons for applying. These reasons are very important for us to be able to determine whether you are the person we are looking for.
  5. How long will it take before I receive a reply? We understand that applying for a job can be very exciting and nerve-racking, so we don’t want to keep you in suspense for too long. You can expect an initial response to your application within three working days. If you feel you cannot wait that long, please feel free to contact us on: +31 (0)515-429850
  6. If I am invited for an interview, will I have to travel all the way to Sneek? First of all, congratulations on being selected for an interview! The fact that you will have the opportunity to travel to Sneek is not something we see as an obstacle but as a way for you to invest in your future. Our Frisian mentality is very welcoming and hospitable, and the coffee will be ready when you arrive.
