Career path

At Hamilton Bright, you can opt for a part-time role while studying or a full-time job after graduating. In a part-time role, you can work on a wide range of projects such as product demonstrations, events, merchandise tours and dealer shows.

In a full-time position, you will automatically be placed in the Hamilton Bright development programme and, depending on your educational background, experience and efforts, you will work in roles such as Service Merchandiser, Shop Account Manager, Retail Account Manager and Field Marketing Manager. The Hamilton Bright development programme is a growth programme with a focus on training, personal guidance and competence measurement.
