Application procedure
-Within three working days of submitting your application, you will be informed whether you are being considered for the position for which you have applied, judged on the basis of your CV and letter of application.
-All applicants will be contacted by telephone, even those who are deemed ineligible for the position applied for, or if we have an alternative vacancy that matches your profile better.
-If your CV and letter of application have awakened our interest, you will be contacted so that we can get to know you a little by telephone. After this initial telephone interview, you may or may not be invited to attend a first job interview in person with the relevant person from HRM or with a Hamilton Bright Project Manager.
-On the basis of this first personal interview, we will determine whether a second – and possibly third – interview will be held with you at the premises of one of our clients. After that, we will inform you whether you have been offered the job at Hamilton Bright!
-If you are applying for a management role, the selection procedure may also include an assessment.
