CEO Egon Diekstra on Hamilton Bright and the one-liner that was pinned to the wall from the start in 2000: “That one-liner was my reason for founding Hamilton Bright. Developing excellent activities for our clients with passion, conviction and vision of the market. Because we could see plenty of areas for improvement – and that makes working fun.”

Egon comes from a grocers’ family with a philosophy that others can never do what you can do yourself better or more cheaply. “These days, that is no longer true. The keenness to show that outsourcing different activities to Hamilton Bright is profitable is in our DNA. We currently have a couple of hundred staff, we maintain our focus on service and the segment, and there is room for autonomy and enterprise in the company. Experimenting is an important condition for ongoing development and our employee and customer involvement is huge. Those are the basic ingredients that make Hamilton Bright the best company in our field.”

Like so many, our General Manager Body & Healthcare and Food, Martine Jacobse, wants to enjoy her work every day.
