The challenge for our client

Samsung approached Hamilton Bright with an urgent request: a comprehensive audit needed to be conducted in no fewer than 2,600 stores across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg on all ‘lettermarks’—in other words, Samsung logos. The purpose of this large-scale check was to identify and report excessive or incorrect logo usage.

The challenge was intensified by the tight deadline set by Samsung HQ. Every store needed to be visited, and all data reported within Hamilton Bright’s central tool, REX, within three weeks. Thanks to our long-standing partnership and proven expertise in the Benelux region, Samsung chose Hamilton Bright. Our flexibility, economies of scale, and centralized tooling made the difference.

Our solution

Hamilton Bright deployed a specialized, dedicated team of 45 merchandisers to accomplish this large-scale audit within the short timeline. With 20 merchandisers in Belgium and Luxembourg and 35 in the Netherlands, supported by regular Samsung ambassadors, we ensured a swift and efficient rollout. In all 2,600 visited stores, including chains such as MediaMarkt, Coolblue, and telecom operators, Samsung logos were photographed and reported. By quickly adapting, scaling up our capacity, and making optimal use of the REX tool, we were able to provide Samsung with the required data on time.

Results that matter

Thanks to our approach, Samsung was able to complete a quality lettermark check in 2,600 stores within two weeks. Hamilton Bright’s project management team ensured that the REX tool was quickly set up, suitable merchandisers were selected and briefed, and an efficient route optimization was provided to execute this audit. Through our swift action, available manpower, and the REX tool, we received a successful evaluation from Samsung HQ.
