2025 marks a special milestone: Hamilton Bright turns 25! What began in 2000 as an ambitious startup in Sneek has grown into the leading field marketing agency in the Benelux. For a quarter of a century, we’ve partnered with top brands and retailers, created impact, and achieved success. Today, our team of over 1,200 colleagues brings brands to life – in supermarkets and electronics stores, at festivals and in hospitality venues. Wherever consumers are, we are too.

From Sneek to the Benelux and beyond
Our founders, Egon Diekstra and Claudio Missaglia, started Hamilton Bright in 2000 with a small, passionate team and a big vision. The first clients were quickly followed by many more. Through strategic acquisitions and attracting top talent, we grew into a well-established name in the industry. Since 2020, we’ve been part of Advantage Smollan, and Egon and Claudio have handed over the reins. Being part of Advantage Smollan means we now benefit from international market insights and cross-border collaboration with the best field marketing and sales agencies across Europe and beyond.
